We are currently in the OSAA season 1 and will be through February 22.  

Season 1 provides opportunities for programs to train and condition, is completely optional and not a part of the regular OSAA competitive season.  And while there is no requirement that any 4J teams participate in season 1, the option to participate has now been made available. REVISED OSAA calendar

For programs that opt to participate in season 1

Coaches may now begin to communicate with athletes and families and organizing remote meetings, check-in’s or workouts. If you are currently not on a program contact list and are interested in participating in remote activities, please contact the program head coach via email.  Coaches contact information can be found on our webpage, www.sheldonirishathletics.com.  (Search the traditional season, sport, coach.)

Our goal is to gradually begin to offer in-person training at Sheldon in mid to late January. All in-person training will follow state COVID protocols and align with the county risk level.  Currently, status indicates options for outdoor training only.  Official sports registration and physicals will be required for athletes prior to returning to in-person workouts on campus.

More information and details about in-person optional training and Season 2 sports will be available after the winter break.   

While our practices and competitions will not look the same, we welcome the opportunity to connect with students and families.  We greatly appreciate your partnership and ongoing commitment and support of our student-athlete’s safe return to play. We look forward to a time when “We Will Play Again”.
